Roland came to my house on a holiday. Showed up as promised and do a thorough job of assessing my problem. He clearly knew his stuff. Did a great job of providing me videos and pictures from the nooks and crannies I couldn’t get myself into and had a good ability to explain the options in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed the problem, and did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Roland for similar work, and will use him and Global again.

If I could put 10 stars, I would. From the first phone call, to the last email...and everything in between, this company went above the call of duty to take care of our property! It was really hard to find a good company out in the Hill Country who wanted to take care of a single home vs a big commercial company, and I couldn't believe how they went over the top to make sure everything was perfect. They even checked into a warranty on our system which saved us thousands. They also have a great and affordable maintenance program! I highly recommend this company!

Geez Louise, I can't sing enough wonderful praises for this company and their AC field staff. Travis and Reyes were awesome! Our AC issue was explained in detail to us and Travis gave us a few options. We decided to replace our unit and are very pleased with all that they did to make it happen within just a day. These two guys were on time, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. We would highly recommend this company and staff. A++++service!
