They offered to do the cheaper route for me and just get my faucet off but I still wanted the new sink too - he agreed after. Wow. When you find a company that feels like finding a good doctor, stick with them. John came over and explained everything clearly, was clear about costs, and what I could afford for some serious projects at my home. We have a strategy. They answer your calls immediately, don't talk down to you, and are very friendly! VERY happy with the results - our shower works again, we have FAST hot water, and all in less than an hour or so. Just want to say Kerrville Plumbing - John Speer and team did an excellent job tracking down and fixing our plumbing issues. We have a 40+ year old home with some unique plumbing configurations and it was plugged, solid from years and years of build up. It was a process but we were provided up front pricing and detailed explanations of the issues and the process to repair. In the end, we came in about a $1000 less than what was originally quoted, so that was an additional plus! If you want the job completed properly, don't hesitate to call Kerrville Plumbing.

Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. We had 3 quotes. We appreciated John telling us exactly what was needed and wld be no damage to the tile. No more. No less. We needed the job done right. Him and his assistant did an awesome job. John was timely and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. HE made no mess or noise. There was a small mixup involving what was to be done to my pipes, but the manager corrected my issue by honoring the original quote order and then offered a return technician the next day to correct the issue or a refund after assuring me a replacement wasn’t necessary, but acknowledged the mix up.
