Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. John was timely and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. HE made no mess or noise. There was a small mixup involving what was to be done to my pipes, but the manager corrected my issue by honoring the original quote order and then offered a return technician the next day to correct the issue or a refund after assuring me a replacement wasn’t necessary, but acknowledged the mix up. That kind of of honesty , integrity and transparency is MISSING from most companies large or small.
