Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. We had 3 quotes. We appreciated John telling us exactly what was needed and wld be no damage to the tile. No more. No less. We needed the job done right. Him and his assistant did an awesome job. Had a new AC installed. The guys were great! Did a fast, thorough job and were very nice. Answered all my questions and made me feel like I made the right choice. Could have easily spent half the price fixing an outdated AC, but Reyes explained all the costs over time of fixing the old one versus purchasing a new AC.and not because he was trying to sell me anything but because I asked and wanted to be informed. Thank you guys!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Jimmy came out to help us with a leak and he was the best. He was very kind and knowledgeable which made the process so much easier. It was a relief being helped by someone I could trust

We have used global air for plumbing and are always very professional and trustworthy . But this time my mom needed help with her ac which was not cooling , thank goodness for these guys who came on the same day to fix her ac on this warm day . They give a fair price and gave us have us a couple of options for the future if this happens again for a 17 year old unit , which will need to be replaced eventually.
