As we continue to watch the progression of Covid-19, the Global Cooling & Plumbing+ Team would like to keep you abreast of our changing policies and procedures. We have continued to expand our stringent sanitizing procedures and personal protective equipment, but due to high demand, supplies and equipment are difficult to obtain.
Our procedures are as follows.
- As of March 13th, 2020, we have implemented weekly deep cleanings of our office location and storage areas.
- We have implemented touch-free invoicing systems and new social distancing procedures for both office staff and technicians.
- All fleet vehicles receive a daily cleaning and disinfecting of all tools and equipment to protect our technicians.
- Sanitizing products will be given to all technicians as well as gloves that are worn throughout all service calls, handling of equipment, and tools.
- In accordance with CDC guidelines, we have asked all staff experiencing symptoms or health concerns to remain at home. We would also like to ask all customers experiencing any symptoms to inform us so that we can better prepare to serve you.
