Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. We had 3 quotes. We appreciated John telling us exactly what was needed and wld be no damage to the tile. No more. No less. We needed the job done right. Him and his assistant did an awesome job. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Roland was extremely helpful in that he explained (so I could understand) what he was doing and why. I learned a lot about my heating unit that I never knew before and I now know how to keep it running properly. I wish all service people took an interest in their clients as Roland did. I would like to highly recommend Global Cooling and Plumbing to you. My technician Reyes was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out our water heater that handnot been done on 5 years also He checked our in-house and outside plumbing looking for leaks, Reyes also capped one of our water sprinkler pipes. I have left a very positive review in the past for Roland of Global because of the great work he did for me on my HVAC system. But I also want to highlight the great service attitude and excellent communication efforts of both Heather James and Angella Elmore at Global Cooling and Plumbing. It’s nice to have a company that not only does a good job of getting the work done, but also seems to have a culture of excellent customer service, and goes out of its way to communicate often and clearly with customers. Both Heather and Angela have been great to work with. I highly recommend Global Cooling and Plumbing and will use them again.
