Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. We had 3 quotes. We appreciated John telling us exactly what was needed and wld be no damage to the tile. No more. No less. We needed the job done right. Him and his assistant did an awesome job. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I am impressed. Replacement of our entire heating & air system was complete in one days time! They cleaned up after themselves. As a grown up “Daddy’s Girl”, they were open to all of my questions & willingly explained everything to me!

We have used global air for plumbing and are always very professional and trustworthy . But this time my mom needed help with her ac which was not cooling , thank goodness for these guys who came on the same day to fix her ac on this warm day . They give a fair price and gave us have us a couple of options for the future if this happens again for a 17 year old unit , which will need to be replaced eventually.

John + crew were kind, courteous and replaced our hot water heater quickly after we discovered the old one leaking in the attic! They worked cleanly and left my home as orderly as they found it. Thank you so much!

John was timely and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. HE made no mess or noise. There was a small mixup involving what was to be done to my pipes, but the manager corrected my issue by honoring the original quote order and then offered a return technician the next day to correct the issue or a refund after assuring me a replacement wasn’t necessary, but acknowledged the mix up. That kind of of honesty , integrity and transparency is MISSING from most companies large or small. This was my first experience with these guys, but it wont be the last , and I will be telling people ! SOLID work from a SOLID company who stands by their work…. And I got a warranty on their installation! These guys are the bomb.com
