Bravo. Bravo. Bravo. We decided to install a taller toilet after 20 yrs. DIY made us realize the builder did a short cut and only glued the flange and toilet. Ugh. The flange wld not seat right. We had 3 quotes. We appreciated John telling us exactly what was needed and wld be no damage to the tile. No more. No less. We needed the job done right. Him and his assistant did an awesome job. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

John was timely and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. HE made no mess or noise. There was a small mixup involving what was to be done to my pipes, but the manager corrected my issue by honoring the original quote order and then offered a return technician the next day to correct the issue or a refund after assuring me a replacement wasn’t necessary, but acknowledged the mix up. That kind of of honesty , integrity and transparency is MISSING from most companies large or small. This was my first experience with these guys, but it wont be the last , and I will be telling people ! SOLID work from a SOLID company who stands by their work…. And I got a warranty on their installation! These guys are the bomb.com

Global has always been outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've delt with most of their long time Technicians and have always been happy with their work. Today I had Roland and I always enjoy talking with and learning from him. I personally wouldn't use any other company.

Roland was extremely helpful in that he explained (so I could understand) what he was doing and why. I learned a lot about my heating unit that I never knew before and I now know how to keep it running properly. I wish all service people took an interest in their clients as Roland did.
